Hospital Recognizes More Than 70 Volunteers at Annual Luncheon

REDLANDS, Calif. – Redlands Community Hospital’s Auxiliary held its Fall General Meeting and Luncheon; announcing their 2010 Slate of Officers and recognizing more than 70 volunteers for dedicating many hours to the hospital.
The Years of Service Award was presented to 20 volunteers with at least five years of community service, headlined by Sandra Carlson and Eleanor Forhan for 20 years of service each. The 15 Year Service Awards were presented to Darlene Hatch and Jean Mills, while the 10 Year Service Awards were presented to Pauline Masotto and Ginger Tennant. In addition, more than 50 volunteers were presented with the Hours Award. During the meeting, the hospital also named the 2010 Proposed Slate of Officers.
This year’s officers include President Marilyn Caminiti, First Vice President Diane Brown, Second Vice President Tom Niblack, Treasurer Nancy Bologna, Recording Secretary Norma Villa, and Corresponding Secretary Susan Griffin. This year’s officers have donated more than 6,000 hours combined to Redlands Community Hospital. The officers will be installed at the Annual Holiday Brunch in December.
Redlands Community Hospital volunteers are comprised of students and active seniors in the community. Their assistance can be seen throughout the hospital in admitting, gift shop, nursing units, pharmacy, information desks, emergency services, outpatient service areas and clerical areas.
