Bengt M. Gustavsson - President
Bengt Gustavsson was raised in Southern California and he brings a range of experience to Redlands Community Hospital, where he started as the Donor Relations Coordinator from 2017-2019, as the Director of Annual Giving from 2019-2021, the Director of Major Giving from 2021-2024 and currently as the Foundation President since early 2024. Prior to joining RCH, Bengt served as a an active committee member for Walla Walla General Hospital's Philanthropy Department in Washington state. A graduate in Business Administration and Management from Walla Walla University, he completed an MBA degree from Western Governors University in 2018 and received his CFRE in 2021. As President of the Foundation, Bengt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospital’s fundraising effort, including planned giving, the cultivation of grants, major gifts, capital campaigns, financial reporting and the annual Redlands Community Hospital Golf Classic. He and his staff are always delighted to answer questions and assist anyone with their philanthropic goals.
Jan M. Forrester - Director of Development
Jan Forrester has served as Director of Development at Redlands Community Hospital since 2016. Jan is a graduate of the College of Mount Saint Joseph, where she earned a BA degree in Sociology. A longtime Redlands resident, she joined the hospital after working for eight years as Director of Student, Parent and Faculty Initiatives at the University of California, Riverside. As Director of Development, Jan manages the annual fund, coordinates grateful patient and seasonal appeals, supervises the annual employee campaign and solicits sponsorships for Foundation events.
Olivia Seheult - Director of Major Giving
Olivia has nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit fundraising including heatlhcare and higher education, with a strong focus on major gifts solicitation, donor stewardship, and grant proposal writing. Olivia began her fundraising career as a grant writer and later served as a senior development officer for 10 years. As Director of Major Giving, Olivia is responsible for creating and executing plans to cultivate, solicit and steward donors with the potential to make major gifts to support Redlands Community Hospital.
