Redlands Community Hospice is an interdisciplinary team of highly trained professionals dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care to patients and families in the community. Hospice nurses provide expert pain and symptom management in an atmosphere of compassion and dignity; chaplains support the spiritual needs and traditions of the patient and family facing end-of-life; home health aides attend to the patient's personal needs; and volunteers provide support and respite to meet the special needs of families. Additionally, social workers address the unique psychosocial needs of each patient and their family and the medical director oversees the care of all hospice patients. Hospice Services are provided to patients who are expected to have a life expectancy of six (6) months or less and who agree with the plan of care. Hospice services include:
